Safety First: Participants must prioritise safety and the safety of others at all times. No running in crowded areas, and participants should obey all traffic rules if the hunt extends onto the streets.
Respect the Environment: Participants should not damage or disturb any property, plants, or wildlife during the hunt. Leave the surroundings as you find them.
Teams and Team Size: 5 members in a team with one elected leader (from admin/councillor) – team name as written
Time Limit: The scavenger hunt has a designated time limit of 45 minutes. All teams must return to the meeting point by the specified end time.
Punctuality: Teams shall be arrived on time, if not, a punishment of dancing will be apply.
Leaders Response: Team Thailand will randomly check on the teams for snap shot, Team Leaders will be task to response to team thailand coordinator.
Submission of answer: All answers shall be submitted to https://apdc.joylinechai.com/
No Unauthorized Items: Participants should not bring any items that could be mistaken for clues or scavenger hunt items. This includes GPS devices, maps, or any items not provided by the organisers.
Respect for Others: Participants must respect hotel guests, staff, and locals on the streets. Avoid causing any disturbances or inconveniences.
Use of Technology: Using smartphones or other electronic devices allows for team communication and coordination.
Stay in Designated Areas: Clearly define the boundaries of where participants are allowed to go. Make it clear which areas are off-limits for safety or logistical reasons.
Clue Handling: Clues should be handled carefully to avoid being lost, damaged, or left behind. If a clue is found, the team should note its location and continue searching without answering other teams.
Quiet Zones: Designate certain areas, such as indoor or quiet spaces, where participants should keep noise levels down to avoid disrupting other hotel guests or locals.
Fair Play: Participants are expected to abide by the honour system. No cheating, sabotaging other teams, or taking advantage of loopholes in the rules.
Reporting In: Teams must return to the designated meeting point on time. Each team will have a brief period to report their findings, share their experiences, and answer any questions from the organisers.
Prizes and Rewards: Winners should be awarded based on the overall average timing of the submission. The fastest timing will win the overall championship.
Clean-Up: Please clean up the areas if you are using it for the hunt.
Have Fun: The primary goal of the scavenger hunt is to have a fun and engaging experience. Enjoy yourself, bond with your teammates, and explore the surroundings.
